This page & the schedule below are only for my public group training classes. I often use private group training sessions in tandem with 1 on 1 training when it benefits my students to train together.
Training with other students or friends / family can make training at a higher frequency more affordable, but it’s also very important that the fit between all individuals in a group makes sense and creates additional value for all included.
The power of training with a tribe cannot be understated, but the fit and timing of such training in context to your own personal goals isn’t something I take lightly.
*For private training, begin by applying for a free test drive session so that we can determine if we are a good fit for each other.
Handstands, Strength & Primal Movement Class (2 hours)
All levels welcome – no handstand experience necessary. Bring a mat or practice on the grass.
Primal Movement is my own blend of breath work, stretching, animal movements (great for handstand training!), and other various forms of minimalistic mind & body training modalities.
